At Seymour’s Swim School, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We have a make-up policy in place to accommodate missed lessons. If you provide us with at least 2 hours’ notice of your child’s absence, we will credit a make-up lesson. These make-up lessons can be organised at any other time, offering flexibility for your schedule. It’s important to note that make-up lessons do have an expiration date — they should be utilised before the end of the term. This policy ensures that our swimmers have the opportunity to make up missed sessions while maintaining the efficiency and consistency of our lesson schedule. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need to arrange a make-up lesson for your child.

At Seymour’s Swim School, we appreciate your commitment to our lessons. If, for any reason, you do not plan on returning to our lessons, we kindly request a 1 week notice. This allows us to manage our schedules effectively and make necessary adjustments. We value your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

You can enrol at any time, and you will only be charged for the remainder of the term. We believe in providing flexibility for our families, making it convenient for you to start your swim journey whenever it suits you. At Seymour’s Swim School, we maintain a small class size of 4 students per instructor. This intentional approach ensures that each student receives optimum attention and personalised guidance from our experienced instructors. We believe in creating an environment where every swimmer can thrive, progress, and build confidence in the water.

Each lesson is half an hour long and is scheduled once a week. However, we also offer the flexibility for parents to enrol their child in multiple sessions per week if they desire.
